Live Class Recording Notice
Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026
Why we record
TivloLab may record live classes so that enrolled students can watch a class again, catch up on a missed class, and so that we can check teaching quality and handle complaints.
What is recorded
The trainer's screen, voice and video, the class chat, and the voice or video of any student who turns on their microphone or camera. Students who prefer not to appear can keep their camera off and use the chat.
Who can see recordings
Only students enrolled in that batch, their trainer, and TivloLab management, through the student portal after login. Recordings are never made public, and never used in advertising without separate written permission. For a student under 18, that permission must come from their parent or guardian.
How long we keep them
Recordings are deleted 90 days after the course ends. A recording linked to an open complaint is kept until the complaint is closed.
Notice in class
The trainer announces when recording starts, and a recording sign is shown on screen.
Do not share recordings
Students must not download, re-record, screenshot or share any recording. Doing so breaks the Student Safety & Code of Conduct.
Your rights
To ask about a recording, or to have your or your child's image removed from a recording, write to Inquiry@tivlolab.com.
Contact
For any question or complaint, write to the Grievance Officer, TivloLab, at Inquiry@tivlolab.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
